Terms of use

These terms govern access to switch-routehub.digital and any enrolment conversation with Switch Routehub. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, leave the site and do not send enrolment materials.

Acceptance

Use of public pages, forms, and cookie choices constitutes acceptance of these terms and of the privacy notice and cookie notice. Enrolment in a paid room or residency is additionally confirmed in writing (email is enough). Informal social posts about Switch Routehub do not amend these terms.

Who we are

Switch Routehub is a teaching studio for Behavioral Segmentation Analytics, operating from Thailand. Site notices, invoices, and legal correspondence use the studio address published on the contact page and in the footer.

Informational pricing and no checkout

Prices on this site are informational. The site does not process payments. A seat is not reserved until we confirm in writing after your enquiry. Published baht figures may change; the figure in the confirmation email controls.

Intellectual property

Course outlines, the Segment Atlas plates, journal articles, case narratives, and the site design are owned by Switch Routehub or licensed to us. You may quote short passages with attribution for internal training. You may not republish modules, extracts, or recorded walkthroughs, nor present Atlas plates as your firm’s product. Student work remains the student’s, except that we may keep anonymized boundary examples for teaching unless a residency NDA says otherwise.

Third-party trademarks (analytics tools, messaging apps, marketplaces) appear only for description. No endorsement is implied.

Student conduct and extracts

You must have authority to share any data extract you upload or email. Mask personal data before sending unless a residency NDA and a lawful basis exist. We may refuse or end a seat if an extract appears unlawfully obtained or if classroom conduct prevents others from working.

Limitation of liability

Teaching does not guarantee commercial results, media performance, or that a named segment will be adopted by your stakeholders. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Switch Routehub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm arising from use of the site or from applying methods taught in a room. Our aggregate liability for a confirmed enrolment is limited to the fees actually paid for that enrolment, except where liability cannot be limited (including fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).

The site is provided “as available.” Interruptions, form failures, or outdated journal notes are not grounds for damages. Interactive scripts are wrapped to fail visibly; they are not a warranty of uninterrupted service.

Refunds and cancellation

Refund eligibility is described only on the refund page. These terms incorporate that page by reference.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or from enrolment, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date you use the site or confirm a seat is the version that applies, unless a confirmation email states otherwise. Last updated 13 August 2026.
