Privacy notice

This notice explains how Switch Routehub handles personal data collected through switch-routehub.digital and through enrolment conversations. Cookie detail lives on the cookies page.

Data controller

Switch Routehub is the data controller for site enquiries, enrolment records, and alumni-channel accounts. Contact: info@switch-routehub.digital, phone (02)5107170. What we collect

From the contact and course forms: name, email, optional topic, and message content. From enrolment: billing name, organisation, seat type, and any data-extract descriptions you choose to send. From the cookie banner: your accept or reject choice stored in localStorage under a brand-prefixed key on your device (that choice is not automatically sent to our servers). Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and requested path for security.

We do not ask for national ID numbers on this site. Do not paste customer personal data into the public forms. Residency extracts are handled under a separate written instruction.

Purposes and legal bases

We use enquiry data to answer you and to scope a seat (legitimate interests in operating a teaching studio, and steps prior to a contract). We use enrolment data to deliver rooms, issue invoices, and meet accounting duties (contract and legal obligation). We use optional analytics cookies only if you accept them (consent). We may send a factual email about a room you asked about; marketing newsletters are not sent unless you opt in separately in writing.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept up to 18 months, then deleted or archived in a form that no longer identifies you. Confirmed enrolment and invoice records are kept for at least five years to meet Thai accounting practice, and longer if a dispute is open. Alumni-channel accounts remain until you ask to leave or the channel is retired. Server logs are rotated within 90 days unless needed for a security investigation.

Processors

We may use email hosting, accounting, and (if you accept analytics cookies) a traffic measurement provider. Processors are required to use data only on our instructions. The public image files on this site are loaded from third-party image hosts; those hosts may see request metadata when your browser fetches an image.

International transfers

Some processors or image hosts may store data outside Thailand. Where we transfer personal data abroad, we do so only with appropriate safeguards (contractual clauses or an adequacy decision where available) and only as needed to run the site or deliver a room. You may ask us which regions currently apply to your enquiry.

Your rights

Subject to Thai personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent (analytics cookies), you may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful use. Send requests to info@switch-routehub.digital. We may need to verify identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Thai Personal Data Protection Committee or another competent authority.

Children

Rooms are aimed at working practitioners. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 20. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes
